POLICIES:
Length Of Stay – 30 night minimum stay is required at all DelSuites locations.
Pets – 2 pets are permitted. No size restrictions, must be well behaved and leashed in common areas. A $300 cleaning fee will be applied.
Smoking – DelSuites provides 100% smoke free accommodations. We do not permit smoking in the suites and balconies.
Parking – Underground, secured, assigned garage parking. Additional charges apply.
Billing – Payment of $500 is required to confirm a reservation. Balance of the first 30 nights is due 14 days prior to guarantee the Suite.
Methods Of Payment – all major credit cards accepted. Direct Bill privileges upon approval.
Cancellation Terms – 14 days’ notice is required to cancel a reservation, depart earlier than scheduled, or change arrival to a later date. Late cancellations subject to fee of $500.
